District SR-16 Sewer Improvement Sr-16
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida:
That the construction of the following described improvements is

hereby ordered to be made, uhe City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SR-16 An eight (8 ) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
In Twenty-ninth Street along the center line of Street
from a point twenty ( 20) feet west of the center line of
north part of Collins Avenue to the east shore line of
Indian Creek (Flamingo Bay. )
As aforesaid Street , Avenue and Creek are shown in Plat
Book #r5, Page 17, and Deed Book #297, Page #242, Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of the preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and roper.
This irprovement shall be desic nated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-16, and the property against which assess-
ments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as
District SR-16 .
