SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 677 OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED,
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL
PAY SCHEDULES FOR ALL CLASSIFICATIONS
OF POSITIONS IN THE CLASSIFIED SERVICE'
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL
SERVICE ACT; PROVIDING FOR ITS ADMINIS-
TRATION AND REPEALING ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:

CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING OLFFICIAL PAY
SCHEDULES FOR ALL CLASSIFICATION OF POSITIONS IN THE
CLASSIFIED SERVICE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ACT;
PROVIDING FOR ITS ADMINISTRATION AND REPEALING ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. " , having been passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has
been posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City
of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the City
Hall in said City on the 4th day of March, A. D. , 1943
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at
least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of
the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
