SUBJECT: North Beach Log Cabin, 8128 ollins Avenue -Recommendation of Historic
Preservation Board
On July 11, 2017, the Historic Preservation Board discussed the log cabin structure located at
8128 Collins Avenue. During the discussion, the Board made a recommendation to the Mayor
and City Commission to retain and restore the building in its current location.
The Administration recommends that the City Commission consider the above noted
recommendation of the Historic Preservation Board and provide appropriate policy direction.
