SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2017 -232 -WG,
for Federal Governmental Consulting Services
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2017 -232 -WG, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified
firm(s) for federal governmental consulting services.
The City received proposals pursuant to this RFQ on Thursday, July 20, 2017. The responsive
proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established
in the RFQ.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Erick Chiroles, Commission Aide, Office of the Mayor and City Commission, City of Miami
Beach
• Judy Hoanshelt, Division Director, Grants Management Division, Office of Budget and
Performance Improvement, City of Miami Beach
• Marcia Monserrat, Chief of Staff, Office of the City Manager, City of Miami Beach
• Elizabeth Wheaton, Chief of Staff, Office of the Mayor and City Commission, City of Miami
Beach
