A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
SELLING 310,000. OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS.
BE IT R'SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That for 310,000. of Improvement Bonds, Series G, of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, dated September 1, 1926, and
more particularly referred to hereinafter, the said City Coun-
cil has received the following bid of the Miami Beach First
National Bank, which bid is hereby accepted, and the Mayor,
City Clerk and Auditor are authorized to have printed, to exe-
cute and to deliver said bonds at the earliest practicable mo-
ments

Gentlemen: -
For :10,000. of Improvement Bonds, Series G, dated
September 1, 1925, authorized by the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, and being in denominations of )1,000. each, numbered
from i to 10, inclusive, and maturing:
Bonds Nos . 1 to 6, inclusive, aggregating 36,000. September
1, 192b, and
Bonds Nos. `1 to 10, inclusive, aggregating `4,000. September
1, 1926
we propose to pay you 310,000. , together with accrued interest
from the date or said bonds to the date of their delivery, and
to accept delivery as soon as the bonds are rendered to us, with
the opinion of G. E. McCaskill as to their validity.
