BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
First : That all owners of rroperty within this City be, and
they are hereby required to clear their property of and destroy
weeds, undergrowth, rubbish, debris, trash, and unsightly and un-
sanitary matter within fifteen (15) days from the date of this
Resolution, and to keep said properties clear of said weeds, un-
dergrowth, rubbish, etc. , until October 30th, 1924.
Second : That the City Clark, for and on behalf of this Council
do forthwith give notice to owners or their agents of the require-
ments of this resolution, which notice shall be in the following
form:

You are hereby given notice that the undersigned City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Flori,i a, does hereby require you to
clear the above described property belonging to you of, and destroy
weeds, undergrowth, rubbish, debris, trash and unsightly and unsan-
itary matter within 10 days from the date hereof, and to keep said
properties clear of said weeds, undergrowth, rubbish, ate. , until
October 30th, 1924. And ifthis requirement is not complied with
within said time, this City Council will cause such work to be
done and make the cost thereof a charge and lien against such
property, respectively, itlich charge shall forthwith be due and
payable.

Third: If such property is not cleared as hereinbefore requir-
ed within the time hereinbefore limited, this City Council shall
cause such work to be done and make the cost thereof a charge and
lien against such property respectively, in accord with the provi-
sions 7672 of the A .ts of the Legislature of `lorida of 1917.
