Resolution 444 RESOLUTION NO. 444.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida:
Section 1. That Mayor Louis F. Snedigar is and has been
absent from the City and State since the first day of October,
1923, and John H. Levi , President of the City Council , is and has
been during such absence, acting as Mayor of said City.
Section 2. That John H. Levi , as Mayor of said city be,
and he is,hereby directed to sign and execute for immediate de-
livery, $10,000.00 of Improvement Bonds of said City - Series "G" ,
dated September 1, 1923.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October, A. D. , 1923.
