BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Miami Beach,
Florida:
That the construction of the following described im-
provements is hereby ordered to be made; the city Council here-
° by setting forth its intention to Proceed under Section 29 of
the City Charter.
SR-18 An eight ( 8) inch terra cotta Sanitary Sewer and
necessary manholes and appurtenances ;
In Lenox avenue from Fourth, Street to .Fifth Street ;
In Michigan Avenue from Second Street to Fifth Street ;
In an alleyway between Lenox Avenue and Alton Road , from
Seventh Street to Eleventh Street ;
In an alleyway between Michigan Avenue and Jefferson
Avenue, from Seventh Street to Eleventh Street ;
In an alleyway between Jefferson Avenue and Meridian
..venue , from Seventh Street to Eleventh Street ;
In an alleyway between Euclid Avenue and Pennsylvania
Avenue from Seventh Street to Tenth Street ;
In an alleyway between Pennsylvania Avenue and Drexel
Avenue from Tenth Street to Fourteenth Street ;

81, Plat Book 5 at pages 7 and 8, Plat Book 6 at pages
26 , 114 , 165 and 166 and Plat Book 7 at page 15, Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said avenues
are named and designated in Ordinance "170, Deed Book 297 ,
Page 242, Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The CityEngg:ieer is hereby directed to prepare arid to
file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ments and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and tpecifications and estimate, the printing and publication of
notices and oroceedi gs , the preparation of bonds and any other
expenses necessary and proper. This improvement shall be desiznat-
ed in all proceedings , assess-. ents and bonds as Sanitary Sewer SR-
18, and the property against which assessments may be made for the
cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District SR-18.
