District SR-19 Sewer Improvement SR-19
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami
ki Beach, Florida:
That the construction of the following described
improvements is hereby ordered to be made ; the City
Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed
under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SR-19 A twelve (12) inch terra cotta Sanitary Sewer and
necessary manholes...,and appurtenances:
,I In Meridian Avenue from Fifteenth Street to a
point 150 feet north of Lincoln Road;
In Lenox Avenue from a point 160 feet south of
Lincoln Road to a point 160 feet north of Lincoln
Road;
In an alleyway 160 feet west of Alton Road from
Seventeenth Street northerly 210 feet.
As said Streets, Avenues, Road, and 'alleyways s are
shown on plats recorded as follows; Plat Book 6,
• page 26, Plat Book 6 , page 5, Plat Book 6, page
30 and Plat Book 6 , Page 165 , Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.

The Citylitagieer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said
improvements and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an� estirn:te of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and
other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans and specifications and esti-
mate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings ,
the preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary
and proper. This improvement shall, be designated in all
proceedings , assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Im-
provement SR-19, and the property against which assessments
may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be desig-
nated as District SR-19.
