District H-33 _Highway Improvement H-33
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida:
That the construction of the following described improvements
is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter :
COLLINS AVENUE: To be scarified, resurfaced and paved
to � of 40 feet , with a penetration macadam pvement
an'�cb"And gutter from the north property line of 23rd
Street to the south property li„r1e of 24th Street, as said
Collins Avenue is shown / o r *tAad in Plat Book 5 , at
Page 7, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and us
said 23rd Street and 24th Street are named and designated
in Ordinance No. 170, recorded in Deed Book 297, at Page
242, Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The Cityineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses
necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated in
all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Highway Improvement
H-33 , and the property against which assessments may be
made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District
H-33
Passed and adopted this 19 th day of December, A. D. 1923.
