RESOLUTION NO. 452 .

District H-34 Highway Improvement H-34.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida:
That the construction of the following described improvements
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section' 29 of the City Charter :
and paved
COLLINS AVENUE: To be widened fto a widthf 40 feet ,
with a penetration macadam pavement aiii�j 'albeand gutter
from the south property line of 24th Street to the south
proiorte li otf 26th Street , as said Collins Avenue is
shown / atded in Plat Book 5, at page 7, Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and said 24th Street and
26th Street are named and designated in Ordinance No.170,
recorded in Deed Book 297, at Page 242, Public :Records of
Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the in-
spection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other
expenses necessary and proper. This improvement shall be desig-
nated in all proceedings , assessments and bonds as Highway
Improvement H-34 , and the property against which assessments
may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as
District H-34 .
Passed and adopted this 19th day of December, A. D. 1923.

at Page 7, of the Public Rocorde of Dade County, Florida ,
and said Twenty-fourth Street and Twenty-sixth Street are
named and designated in Ordinance No. 170, recorded in Deed
Book 297 , at rage 242, of the Public Record:3 of Dade County,
Florida.
