RESOLUTION NO. 455
District H-37. Highway Improvement H-37.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida:
That the construction of the following described improvements
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 : of the City Charter :
TWENTY-NINTH STREE : To be paved to a width of thirty-
four (34) feet with a penetration macadam pavement and concrete
curb and gutter from the west property line of Collins
Avenue to the east property line of Indian Creek Drive,
as said 29th Street is named and designated in Ordinance
No. 170, recorded in Deed Book 297, at Page W sagi the
Public Records of Dade County, FloAdl, ,N4 Collins Avenue
and Indian Creek- Drive are shown - re or ed in Plat
Book 5, at Page 7, Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Einginear is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimate , the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses neces-
sary and proper. This improvement shall be designated in all
proceedings , assessments and bonds as Higigway Improvement H=37 ,
and the property against which assessments may be made for the cost
thereof hereunder shall be designated as District H-37.
Passed and adopted this 19 thday of December, A. D.1923.
