District H-39 Highway Improvement H-39
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida:
That the construction of the follovrinc described im-
provements is hereby ordered to be ;Wade; the City Council
hereby settin,j forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter:
MERIDIAN AVENUE: To be i)aved to a width of forty
(40) feet with a penetration macadam pavement and
concrete curb and guttef, :roll the north property
line of First Street to the south line o" o 1 ' ..
Canal, as said Meridian Avenue is show. /oiet
corded in Plat Book 2 at Page 81, and it .. lat Book
6 vt Pae 26, Public Hecords o± Dade County,
and as said Meridian Avenue is named and designated in
Ordinance #170,recorded in Deed Book 297, at Page 242,
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City .ngineer ,`r directed to )re'are and to
file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said im-
pro-ements and an esti nate of the cost thereof, includi:lv.. n
estimate of the cost of the e--penses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of y;2aiis and specifications and estimate , the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the pre-
paration of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, as-
sessments and bonds as Highway Improvement ti-39, and the prop-
erty 'd_;mainst hich assessments may be made for the cost thereof
hereunder shall be designated as District H-39.
