RESOLUTION NO. 458 .
District H-40. Highway Improvement H-40.
AF, IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida:
That the construction of the following described improvements
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter :
TWENTY-SECOND STREET : To be paved to a w AO p;eforts (40)
,
feat with a penetration macadam pavement an a f�b and gutter,
from the east property line of Sheridan Avenue to a point
four hundred (400) feet east of the east property line of
Collins Ave. , as said Twenty-Second Street is shown on a
plat recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page 7 , public Records of
Dade County, .Florida. , and as said Sheridan Avenue and
Twenty second street are named and designated in
Ordinanc0170, recorded in Deed Book 297 , at Page 242, Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimate , the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings , the preparation of bonds and any other
expenses necessary and proper. This improvement shall be desig-
nated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Highway Improve- `
ment H-40, and the property against which assessments may be made
for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District H-40.
