BE IT RESOLVLT by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida;
That the construction of the follo ing described improvements
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:

LINCOLN ROAD: To be paved to a widt
ofaet ( 50' )
and � cur and gutter
with a penetration macadam pavement
from the west propertyline of James Street to the west
property line of Collins Ave. , as said Road , Street and
avenue are shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book 2 , Page 77,
Public Records of Dade County, Florida..
The CityEngineeZ is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements
and an estimate o the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specificai.ions and estimate, the printing and publication fo
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other
expenses necessary and proper. This improvement shall be desig-
