RESOLUTION NO. 463.
District H-45. Highway Improvement H-45.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Li :mi Beach ,
Florida:
That the construction of the folioing described improvements
is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 290 of the City Charter:
ALLEY IN BLOCK 51 , Oce-n Beach Addition I o.3: To be
paved with 6" of base rock and one a;)plication of oil
and s-nd from the west property line of Washington
Avenue to the east p: operty line of JeIferson Avenue ;
to a width of fifteen feet (15' ) ; as said Alley and
avenues are shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book 2,
Page 81, Public Records of Dade County, Florida , and
as said avenues are named and designated in
Ordinance 170, recorded in De d. Book 297 , at Page 242,
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare > nd to file with
the City Clerk planE and specifications of said improvements nd
an estimate of the cost thereof , including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans a d
specifications and estimate , the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses
necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated in
all prdceeuings , assessments and bonds as Highwa Improvement
H,45 , and the property against which assessments may be
made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District
H-45
Passed and adopted this 19 th day of December,.A.D.1923.
