RESOLUTION NO. 465.
District H-47 Highway Improvement H-47
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach ,
Florida:
That the construction of the following describe #mproven:ents
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
ALLEY BETWEEN OCEAN DRIVE I D COLLINS AVENUE: To be
paved with 6" of base rock and one application of
sand and oil, from the .north property line of Biscayne
Avenue to the south property line of Fourteenth Street ;
to a width. of eighteen feet (18' ) ; as said alley,
avenues , Street and Drive are shown on plats recorded
in Plat Book 2, Pages 28 , 38 and 56 , Public Records
of Dade County,Florida. , and as said avenues and
street are named and designated in Ordinance If17O,
recorded in Deed Book 297, at Page 242 , Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including nn estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other survgys, the
inspection and superintendence of the %:ork, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings , the preparation of bonds and any other
expenses necessary and proper. This improvement shall be
designated in all proceedings, asessments °:nd bonds as Highway
Improvement H-47 , and the property against which assessments may
be made or the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as
District H-47 .
