RESOLUTION NO. 466.
District SK-11. Sidewalk Improvement 5K-11
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci;t4r;of Miami Beach ,
Florida:
That the construction of the following described
improvements is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29
of the City Charter:
A five ( 5) foot concrete sidewalk on both sides
of the following streets , from the East line
of Washington Avenue to the West line of Ocean Drive:
Second Street Eleventh Street
Third Street Twelfth Street
Fourth Street Thirteenth Street
Seventh Street Fourteenth Street
Eighth Street
Ninth Street
Tenth Street as said streets are shown on Plats
recorded in Plat Book 2 , Pages 28 ,38 and 56, Public
Records of Dade County , Florida; and as said
Washington Avenue is named Ind designated in
Ordinance 170, recorded in Deed Book 297 , Page 242,
Public records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings , the preparation of bonds and any other
expenses necessary and proper. This improvement shall be
designated in all progeedings , assessments and bonds as Si :
Improvement SK-11 and the property agai nst which aLsessme nts
- may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated
as District SK-11._
