A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE
CITY OP MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AS TO THE
CARE tom' F Ant,: OF SAID COY IN THE
COUNTY JAIL OF DADE Y, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TNT: CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That from and after this date the Chief
of :police of the City of Miami Beach, Plorida, is hereby author-
ized to imprison such prisoners of said City as may be sentenced
to serve a period in jail in the County Jail of Dade County,
Florida, the same being in the same County with the City of
Miami Beach, Florida.
Section 2. That such bills as are incurred for the
feeding of prisoners in said County Jail be and the same are
hereby directed and authorized to be paid out of the City Treas-
ury when bills have been submitted for such charges and have
been approved by the City Manager.
