RESOLUTION NO. 469
SIDEWALK DISTRICT SK-9 SIDEWALK IMPROVELIENT SK-9
WHEREAS, a contract has been duly and regularly entered into
by the City of Miami Beach and the Biscayne Engineering Company,
for the construction above designated, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Miami Beach and the
Street Committeeman of said City have duly reported to the City
Council that the work on said contract has been completed in accor-
dance with the plans and specifications governing the same and have
recommended that the same be accepted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida:
1st: That said report of the said City Engineer amd the Street
Committeeman be, and the same is, hereby approved and confirmed.
2nd: That the City Engineer of said City be, and he is hereby
directed to prepare and file with the City Clerk of said City, a pre-
liminary assessment roll in accordance with Section 29 of the City
Charter of said city.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, A. D. , 1924.
