RESOLUTION NO. 487
District H-50 Highway Improvement H-50 -
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ments is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby
setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the
City Charter:
AN ALLEY OR TEN FOOT DRIVE immediately adjoining on the
north, Block 19 of Ocean Beach Addition #2; to be scari-
fied, resurfaced and paved to a width of nine ( 9) feet
from the east property line of Uollins Avenue to the west
property line of Ocean Drive, with a penetration macadam
pavement and concrete curb and gutter, as said alley or
drive and said. Ocean Beach Addition #2 are a,nown on a
plat recorded in. Plat Book 2 at Page 56, Public Records
of Dade County, ,r'lor.ida; and as said Collins Avenue is
named anddesignated in Ordinance No. 170, recorded in
Deed Book 297 at Page 242, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other
expenses necessary and proper. This improvement shall be desig-
nated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Highway Im-
provement F-50, and the property against which assessments may
be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as
District H-50.
