SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-3 SANIT.?RY SEWER IMPROVEh~ NT SI
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida_;!% l the 16th day of January, 1924, pursuant to a notice
of a meeting under Section 29 of the Charter of said City to
hear all written objections to the confirmation of the prelimi-
nary assessment roll of Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-3, District
SR-3, by any person whose property is described in said prelimi-
nary assessment roll, which roll was filed with the City Council
on January 9, 1924, and
WHEREAS, the City Council , having received no written
remonstrances filed to the confirmation of said preliminary as-
sessment roll by any person whose property is described in said
roll ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the prima facie assessments
as indicated on said preliminary assessment roll be and same are
in all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots or
parcels of ground described therein, except as to the following
described lots, against which said assessment is modified and re-
du d • the amount by which said assessment is hereby reduced be-
inn7x i 4ged to the City at large, so that the assessment shall be
as follows, it being hereby decided that the special benefits to
said lots because of other sanitary sewer assessments being made
against said lots are those benefits as stated below after such
modification and reduction:
The assessments against Lots 2 to 7 inclusive, of Block 52
of Ocean Beach Addition No. 3, as per plat recorded in Plat Book
2 at Page 81 of the Public Records of Da de County, Florida, are
hereby reduced to 49.36 per lot , the same lots being assessed
for a ssnitary sewer improvement along their South ends in Sani-
tary Sewer Improvement SR-1, District SR-1.
The assessment against Lot 11 of Block 78 of said Ocean
Beach Addition No. 3, according to the aforesaid plat , is hereby
reduced to 431.19 because said lot is also assessed on its South

The assessment against Lots 9 and 10 of Block 9 of
Ocean Beach Subdivision, according to a plat recorded in
Pl .t Book 2 at Page 38, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, is hereby reduced to 462.36, making the assessment
similar to that placed on all corner lots, it ha-ing hereto-
fore been assessed on the basis of its full depth.
The assessment against Lot 21 of Block 10 of Ocean Beach
Subdivision as per plat recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 38,
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, is hereby reduced to
462. 8, making the assessment similar to that placed on all
corner lots, it having heretofore been assessed on the basis
11 of its full depth.

and illegality in connection with said assessment against said
lot or parcel and agree to pay the same in equal annual install-
ments in each of the five succeeding years , at the times in said
years at which the general City taxes are due and payable, with
interest upon said deferred installments at the rate of six per
cent. per annum from date of said confirmation, which said five-
year period is hereby fixed and determined the City Council.
