RESOLUTION NO. 496
SANITARY S 'WER DISTRICT SR-6 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-6
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on the 16th day of January, 1924, pursuant to a notice of a meeting
under section 29 of the Charter of said City to hear all written
objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment roll
of Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-6, District 3R-6, by any person
whose property is descrbied in said preliminary assessment roll, which
roll was filed with the City Council on January 9, 1924, and
dHEREAS, the City Council, having received no written remon-
strances filed to the .onfirmation of said preliminary assessment
roll by any person whose property is described in said roll,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the prima facie assessments as indicated.
on said preliminary assessment roll, be and the same are in all things
confirmed and sustained against any and all lots or parcels of ground
described therein except as to the following described lot against
/ which said assessment is modified and reduced, the amount by which
said asse smeat is hereby refused being hereby charged to the City
Et large, so that the assessment shall be as follows, it being hereby
decided that the special benefits to said lot, because of other sani-
tary sewer assessments being made against said lot, ere those benefits
as stated below, after such modification and reduction.
iThe assess :_ent against Lot 16 of Block 62, of Ocean Beach Addi-
tion No. 3, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 81 of the
Public •records of Dade County, Florida, is hereby reduced to 431.19,,

at Page 81 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, is
hereby reduced to $62.38, making the assessment similar to that
placed on all corner lots, it having heretofore been assessed
on the basis of its full depth.
The assessment against Lot 1 of Block 69 of Ocean Beach
Addition No. 3, according to a plat recorded in Plat Book 2
at Page 81 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, is
hereby reduced to 462.38, making the Essessment sinilar to that
placed on all corner lots , it haring heretofore been assessed
on the basis of its full depth.
