A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
REPEALING AND RESCINDING ITS RESO-
LUTION NO. 467 AS TO A BOND ELECTION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida:
Section 1: That that Resolution No. 467 of the
City Council calling an election at which there shall be
submitted to a vote , the matter of the issuance of Bonds
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, passed and adopted
December 19th, 1923, be and the same is, hereby repealed
and rescinded, and that the election therein called be
held on January 21st , 1924, is rescinded and recalled.
