RESOLUTION NO. 500
District SR-16 Sewer Improvement SR-16
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of December, 1923, the
City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the im-
provement designated as Sewer improvement SR-16, District SR-16,
and directed the Cit; Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the incidental expenses, and
the said plans and specifications and estimate of cost and es-
timate of incidental expenses have been filed by the Cityigi-
nee7r ;ith the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT _ bOLV'=;D by the City Council of
Miami Bead_ , Florida, that the City? Clerk shall cause to be
posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Hardie` s Casino and the U. S. Post Office in the City of Miami
Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council
of i.iiami Beach to be held at the City Mall in the City of , iami
Beach, on the 6th day of vebruary, 1924, a.t 9:00 o ' clock A.
the City Council will hear the remonstrances of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said
improvement.
