RESOLUTION NO. 504
District SR-20 Sewer Improvement SR-20
WHF,REAS, on the 19th day of December, 1923, the
City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the im-
provement designated as Sewer Improvement SR-20, District SR-20 ,
and directed the City 4n$ineeP to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the incidental expenses, and
the said plans and specifications and estimate of cost and es-
imate of incidental expenses have been filed by the City
neer_ with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Hardie' s Casino and the U. S. Post Office in the Uity of iiami
Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council
of Miami Beach to be held at the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, on the 6th day of I'ebruary, 1924 , at 9:00 o' clock A. Li. ,
the City Council will hear the remonstrances of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said
improvement.
