SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 677, ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, •
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL PAY SCHE-
DULES FOR ALL CLASSIFICATIONS OF POSITIONS
IN THE CLASSIFIED SERVICE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO THE PRO-
VISIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ACT; PROVID-
ING FOR ITS ADMINISTRATION AND REPEALING
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. "
BE IT ORDAINF;T; BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 677
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows :

SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 677, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL PAY
SCHEDULES FOR ALL CLASSIFICATIONS OF POSITIONS IN THE CLASSIFIED
SERVICE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO THE
PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ACT; PROVIDING FOR ITS ADMINI-
STRATION AND REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH" , having
been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous places
in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 17th day of May, A. D. 1944,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.

and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
