AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 678 OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED;
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF
SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF. "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA;
SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows:
"N. CITY ATTORNEY Salary per month 590.00
together with a monthly allowance
to said City Attorney for secretarial
assistance in the sum of 197.00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows :
"N. CITY ATTORNEY Salary per month 590.00
• together with a monthly allowance
to said City Attorney for secretarial
assistance in the sum of 207.30"
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall go into effect as of May 1st,
A. D. 1944.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of May, A. D. 1944.

Ordinance No. 713 entitled "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION
OF SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 67$ OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO
THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF" , having been passed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous places
in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, one of which was at the
door of the City Hall in said City on the 17th day of May,
A. D. 1944, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a
period of at least thirty days in accordance with the require-
ments of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.

Florida, on this the 29th day of June, A. D. 1944.
