District H-44 Highway Improvement H-44
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of December, 1923, the
City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the im-
provement designated as Highway Improvement H-44, District H-
44 , and directed the City Engineer to prepare and pile plans
andspecifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental expenses,
and the said plans and specifications and estimate of cost and
estimate of incidentl expenses have been Filed by the city
Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Be€::.ch, Florida, that the ity Clerk shall cause to be
posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Hardie' s Casino and the U. S. Post Office in the City of Miami
Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the Lity Council of
Miami Beach, to be held at the City Hall in the City of laiami Beac
on the 6th day of `ebruary, 1924, at 9:00 o ' clock A. ii. , the City
Council will hear the remonstrances of all persons interested to
the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
