RESOLUTION NO. 525
District H-39 Highway Improvement H-39
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida:
THAT the construction of the following described im-
provements is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter:
MERIDIAN AVEN To be paved to a width of forty
(40) feet with a penetration macadam pavement and
concrete curb and gutter, from the north property
line of rirst Street to the south line of Collins
Canal, as said Meridian Avenue is shown on a plat
recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 81, and in Plat Book
6 at Page 26, and in Plat Book 9 at Pages 69 and 70,
Public Records of Lade County, Florida. , and as said
Meridian Avenue is named and designated in Ordinance
#170, recorded in Deed Book 297 , at Page 242, Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plans and specificatioss of said
improvements and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
es' imate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the pre-
paration of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, as-
sessments and bolds as Highway Improvement H-39 , and the prop-
erty against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof
hereunder shall be designated as District H-39.
