Resolution 527 • mem mow .400 RESOLUTION NO. 527 District SR-21 Sewer Improvement SR-21 BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida: That the construction of the following described improve- ments is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section E9 of the City Charter. SR-21 A fifteen (15) inch terra cotta storm sewer and neces- sary manholes and appurtena ices in Collins Avenue, from Twenty-third Street to a point approximately four hundred ( 400) feet north of Twenty-third Street; A fifteen ( 15) inch terra cotta storm' sewer and neces- sary manholes and appurtenances in Twenty-ninth Street from Collins Avenue to the Indian creek; As said Avenues, Streets and Drives are shown on the amended plat of the Ocean .r'ront Property of the Miami Beach Improvement Company, recorded in Plat Book 5, at Page 7 , Public Records of .wade county, .'lorida, and as said Twenty-third Street and Twenty-ninth Street are named and designated in Ordinance #170, recorded in Deed Book 297 , page 242, Public Records of rade County, I+'lorida. Which storm sewer the city Council hereby declares to be a special benefit to all of the property embraced within the following described district ; Beginning at a point in 21st street four hundred ten (410) feet east of the east line of Collins Avenue, and running thence westerly on Twenty-first Street to Liberty Avenue , thence northerly on Liberty Avenue to Twenty-third Street, thence westerly on Twenty- third Street to Collins venal, thence northeasterly along Collins Canal, Pancoast Lake, and Indian Creek to Thirtieth Street, thence along Thirtieth Street to a point two hundred eighty ( 280) feet east of Collins Avenue ; thence southerly parallel to Collins Ave- nue to Miami Beach Drive, thence southerly along Miami Beach Drive to Twenty-fourth Street, thence southerly parallel to Collins Avenue and distant four hundred ten ( 410) feet therefrom to Twenty- first Street, being the point or place of beginning, as said Ave- nues, Streets, Drives and Waterways are show on plats recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page , 7, Public Records of Dade County, . 1orida; end as said street names were changed by an Ordinance of the City Council and are shown and designated in OrAnance #170, recorded in Deed Book 297 , at Page 242, Public Records of Dade County, Florida. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspec- tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of no- tices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds end any other ex- 0 penses necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assents and bonds as Storm Sewer Improve • - ment SR-21, and the property against which assessmeireV.Dmay be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District SR-II PASSED J.IND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, A.
