District SR-21 Sewer Improvement SR-21
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution, passed and adopted
on the 6th day of February, 1924, ordered the Sewer Improvement
.... $R-21, District SR-21 , and the city En ineer , of
v g , under direction
the city council, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans
and. specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the incidental ex-
penses of said improvement, and whereas due notice by publication
as required by the City Charter has been made that the city Council
would on the 20th day of Pebruary, 1924, at the City Hall in said
City, at 9:00 o' clock A. M. , receive and hear remonstrances of all
interested persons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and all remonstrances received having been heard
and considered by the city council at the time and place aforesaid ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of
Miami Beach, r'lorida, that the said resolution of said City Council
ordering said Sewer Improvement SR-21, District SR-21, be and the
same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of .eebruary, A. D. , 1424.
