SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2017 -163 -WG,
for Underwriting Services
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2017 -163 -WG, which seeks to establish an agreement with qualified
firm(s) for underwriting services.
The City received proposals pursuant to this RFQ on Thursday, July 13, 2017. The responsive
proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established
in the RFQ.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Natasha Nicholson, Senior Management and Budget Analyst, Public Works Administration,
City of Miami Beach
• Tameka Otto -Stewart, Budget Officer, Office of Budget and Performance Improvement, City
of Miami Beach
• Vivian Parks, Treasury Manager, Finance Department, City of Miami Beach
• Julie Santamaria, Financial Advisor to the City of Miami Beach
• John Woodruff, CFO, Finance Department, City of Miami Beach
I am also considering the following individuals as alternates:
• Eric Carpenter, Assistant City Manager, Public Works Director, City of Miami Beach
• Roy Coley, Assistant Director, Public Works Administration, City of Miami Beach
• Allison Williams, Deputy Finance Director, City of Miami Beach
• Cheryl Gomez, Financial Analyst III, Finance Department, City of Miami Beach
