RESOLUTION NO. 553
District H-49 Highway Improvement H-49
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution, passed and adopted
on the 2nd day of January, 1924, ordered the Highway Improvement
H-49, District H-49 , and the City Engineer, under direction of the
City Council, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specificaticns of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the incidental ex-
penses of said improvement , and whereas due notice by publication
as required by the City Charter has been made that the city Council
would on the 6th day of February, 1924 , at the City Hall in. said
City, at 9:00 o' clock A. . , receive and hear remonstrances of
all interested persons to the confirmation of said resolution order-
ing said improvement, and all remonstrances received having been
heard and considered by the City Council at the time and place a-
foresaid.
THEREFORE, BE I'T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City Council
ordering said Highway Improvement H-49, District H-49, be and the
same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, A. D. , 1924.
