RESOLUTION NO. 555
District SK-11 Sidewalk Improvement SK-11
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution, passed and
adopted on the 19th day of December, 1923, ordered the Sidialk
Improvement SK-11, District SK-11, and the City Engineer, under
direction of the City Council , has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the inci-
dental expenses of said improvement, and whereas due notice by pub-
lication as required by the City Charter has been made that the City
Council would on the 6th day of February, 1924, at the City Hall 'in
said City, at 9:00 o' clock A. M. , receive and hear remonstrances- of
all interested persons to the confirmation of said resolution order-
ing said improvement , and all remonstrances received having been
heard and considered by the City council at the time and place afore-
said ,
T'HEREFOaE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said Sidewalk Improvement SK-11, District SK-i1, be
and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, A. D. ,1924.
