RESOLUTION NO. 570 ,,
HIGHWAY DISTRICT H-31 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-31
WHEREAS, a contract has been duly and regularly
entered into by the City of Miami Beach and the John J. Quinn
Company for the construction above designated, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Miami
Beach and the Street Committeeman of said City have duly re-
ported to the_ City Council that the ,,,fork on said contract has
been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications
governing the same and have recommended that the same be ac-
cepted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Liami Beach, Florida:
let: That said report of the said City Engineer
and the Street Committeeman be, and the same is, hereby ap-
proved and confirmed.
2nd: That the City Engineer of said City be, and
he is, hereby directed to prepare and file with the City Clerk
of said City, a preliminary assessment roll An accordance with
Section 29 of the City Charter of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March, A.D. ,
1924.
