RESOLUTION NO. 571
SEWER DISTRICT SR-8 SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-8
WHEREAS, a contract has been duly and regularly
entered into by the City of Miami Beach and the J. B. McCrary `.( y_
Engineering Corporation for the construction above designated,
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Miami
Beach, and the Street Committeeman of said City have duly re-
ported to the City Council that the work on said contract has
been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications
governing the same and have recommended that the same be accepted.
'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci
City of Miami Beach, 'lori.da:
1st: That said report of the said City Engineer and
the Street Committeeman be, and the same is, hereby approved and
confirmed.
2nd: That the City Engineer of said city be, and he
is hereby directed to prepare and file with the City Clerk of _
said City, a preliminary assessment roll in accordance with
Section 29 of the city charter of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March, A. D. ,
