RESOLUTION NO. 578
A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OP EIAidI BEACH, FLORIDA, REPEALING
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS NOS. 446, 448, 449 ,
450, 532, 534 , 535 LND 536.
WHEREAS, certain errors hire appeared in the Reso-
lutions hereina ter mentioned, which necessitate their re-
peal;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida:
That Resolutions dos. 446, 448, 449 and 450, passed
and adopted by this Uouncil on December 19th, 1923, and Reso-
lutions Nos. 532, 534 an4, 535 and 536, passed and adopted by
this uouncil on z.ebruary 20th, 1924 , and all steps taken pur-
suant to or in connection with each of 2aid Resolutions be,
and they and each of them are hereby rescinded and repealed.
