District SR-24 Sewer Improvement R-24.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,

That the construction of the following described im-
provements is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
SR-24. .d twelve (12) inch terra cotta Sanitary Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances :
In Meridian Avenue from Fifteenth Street to
Lincoln Road;
In Lenox Avenue from a point 160 feet south of
Lincoln Road to a point 160 feet north of
Lincoln Road;
In an alleyway 160 feet west of Alton Road,
from Seventeenth Street northerly 210 feet.
all as said Streets, Avenues, Road and alleyway
are shown on plats recorded as follows : In Plat
Book 6, page 26, PlEt book 6, Page 5, Plat Book
6, page 30, and Pl ..t Book 6, page 165, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ments and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys,
the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation
of plans and specifications and estimate, the printing and publi-
cation of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and
any other expenses necessary and proper. This improvement
shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds
as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-24, and the property against
which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder
shall be designated as District SR-24.
