RESOLUTION NO. 594
District H-51 Highway Improvement H-51
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described im-
provements is hereby orderec:' to be made; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the city Charter.
OCEAN DRIVE: To be resurfaced and the pavement
widened to a width of fifty feet ( 50' ) ,with a
penetration macadam pavement and concrete curb
and gutter from the south line of Fifth Street
to the north line of Fourth Street , as said Ocean
Drive, Fourth Street and Fifth Street are shown
on a plat recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 38,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereoy directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said
improvements, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and
other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work,
the preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prep-
aration of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, as-
sessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-51, and the prop-
erty against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof
hereunder shall be designated as District H-51.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April, A. D. , 1924.
