RESOLUTION NO. 595
District SR-26 Sewer Improvement SR-26.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described im-
provements is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
SR-26. An eight (8) inch terra cotta Sanitary Sewer and
necessary manholes and appurtenances :
In Fourth Street from a point one hundred forty
feet (140' ) west of Ocean Drive eastward to the
east line of said Ocean Drive;
In Ocean Drive from the center line of Fourth
Street to a point four hundred fifty feet (450' )
north of Fourth Street;
As said Street and Drive are shown on a plat re-
corded in Plat Book 2, at Page 38, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said
improvements, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and
other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans and specifications and esti-
mate, the printing and publication of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses neces-
sary and proper. This improvement shall be designated in
all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-26, and the property against which assessments
may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated
as District SR-26.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April, A. D. 1924.
