RESOLUTION NO. 605
BE IT RESOLVED BY TNR CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That that plat of Island View Addition of
Miami Beach Bay Shore uompany, which is a plat of a portion
of Government Lot One ( 1) , of Section 33, and a part of the
Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34, all
in Township 53 South, of hange 42 East ;
That Plat of nautilus Addition of Miami Beach Bay Shore
Company, being a plat of: Parts of tovernment Lot 2; West
Half of the Northeast Quarter; west Balf of the Southeast
Quarter o_f the Northeast Quarter; West Half of the South-
east Quarter ; west Half of the Northeast Quarter of the South-
east Quarter of Fractional Section 22, Township 53 South, xange
42 East ;
That Plat of a Kesubdivision of Lots 16 to 21, inclusive
of Block 15, according to a plat recorded in Plat Book 8, at
Page 52, of the Public necords of Dade county, Florida, and
made by Miami Beach Bay Shore company;
That Plat of First Addition To Whitman' s Subdivision of
Espanola Villas ;
That Plat of the Alton Beach nealty company of Block
`Thirteen ( 13) , according to a plat recorded in Plat Book 4,
at Fage 121, of the Public ,Records of Dade county, .r'lotida;
That Plat of the Miami Beach Bay Shore uompany of the
Re-Subdivision of Lot One ( 1) of Block One (1) of Mid-Golf
Subdivision, according to a plat , recorded in Plat Book 4 at
Page 200, of the Public necords of Dade County, Florida, this
day submitted to this council for approval,
Be, and they are hereby accepted and approved; and the streets,
avenues, alleys, or oth ,r public highways or easements shown
thereon, and dedicated to the public, be, and they are hereby
accepted.
