BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COU.;CIL OF TEE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That, on Meridian Avenue, from Nineteenth
Street to the Collins Canal , the grade of the street
is hereby established on a uniform slope from the
elevation 5. 0' at Nineteenth Street to the elevation
9. 75 ' at Collins Canal ; the said elevations referring
to mean low tide in the Atlantic Ocean at- 0.0 Datum.
As said Meridian Avenue and said Nineteenth
Street are shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 6, at
Page 26, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, A. D. 1924.
