RESOLUTION NO. 615
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That George H. Kline , Esq. , be requested to
make assignment of what interest he may have in
two franchises heretofore granted to him, and
others, one for the operation of an electric rail-
way and one for the operation of an electric light
and power plant , and that the Layor, Honorable Louis
F. Snedigar, make such request that the said City
may, the more conveniently, obtain said services.
