RESOLUTION NO. 616
DISTRICT H-52 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-52.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following describ-
ed improvements is hereby ordered to be made ; the City
Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed
under Section: 29 of the City Charter :
OCEAN DRIVE: To be resurfaced and the pave-
ment widened to a width of fifty feet (50' )
with a penetration macadam pavement and con-
crete Curb and gutter from the north line
of Third Street to the north line of Fourth
Street, as said Fourth Street, Ocean Drive
and Third Street are shown on a plat record-
ed in Plat Book 2, at Page 38 , of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare
and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications
of said improvements, and an estimate of the cost there-
of, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimate, the printing and publication
of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and
any other expenses necessary and proper. This improve-
ment shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-52, and the property
against which assessments may be made for the cost there-
of hereunder shall be designated as District Hi-52.
PASSED AND ADOPTED This 14th day of May, A. D. 1924.
