DISTRICT SR-27 SEVER IMPROVEMMNT SR-27
BE IT RESOLVED BY T.L13 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA;
That the construction of the following describ-
ed improvements is hereby ordered to be made; the City
Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed
under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SR-27 - An eight (8) inch terra cotta Sanitary Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances :
In Second Street, from a point 140 feet west
of Ocean Drive eastward to the east line of
said Ocean Drive;
In Ocean Drive from a point 25 feet south of
the south line of Third Street to a point
25 feet north of the north line of First Street ;
In Ocean Drive from the center line of Fourth
Street to a point 25 feet north of the north
line of Third Street ;
All as said Streets, and Drive are shoiam on a
plat recorded in Plat Book 2 , at Page 38, of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said
improvementp, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and
other surveys , the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans and specifications and esti-
mate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds and any tither expenses necessary
and proper. This improvement shall be designated in all
proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Im-
provement 3R-27, and the property against which assessments
may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be desig-
nated as District SR-27.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, A. D. 1924.
