RESOLUTION NO. 625
SEWER DISTRICT SR-13 SEWER ILTROVEIENT SR-13
WHEREAS, the uity Engineer and Street committeeman heve
certified to the comaletion of the work above designated, and
WHEREAS, the said certificate has been accepted, approved,
confirmed and ordered spread upon the minutes of the city
uouncil, and
WHEREAS, the uity uouncil by resolution directing the city
Engineer to prepare and file with the uity ulerk of said city
a preliminary assessment roll in accordance with Section 29 of
the city uharter of said uity, and
WHERE .S, the said uity .r;ngineer has filed with the said
City ulerk said preliminary assessment roll in accordance with
said Section 29 of the said uity uharter which said preliminary
assessment roll has been ordered spread upon the minutes of the
City uouncil.
dOti , THEREFOR N, BL IT RESOLVED by the uity uouRicil of the
city of Miami . each, . lorida, that the uity ulerk be , and same
is hereby directed to give notice by posting that a meeting of
the uity uouncil will be held on the 4th day of June , A. .u. ,
1924, at 9:00 A. ISI. , at the uity uouncil Chambers in. said City
of Isiami . each for the purpose of receiving written objections
from any and all persons whose property is described in said
preliminary assessment roll.
That said notice shall be posted by the said City Clerk
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,Plorida,
and at least two other public places in said City for at least
two weeks prior to said meeting.
