RESOLUTION NO. 631
BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida:
Section 1: That in the construction of that
certain agreement between the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, therein called the "City" and S. R. Incch,
therein called the "Contractor" , dated thei(f
day of May, 1924, Section Six of Article One of
that agreement , providing that said Contractor shall
furnish and install lamp renewals and the necessary
labor and material for the maintenance of the said
White +ay System and extensions thereof and additions
thereto , the words "Maintenance o , said White Way
System and Extensions thereof and Additions thereto"
shall not mean that said contractor shall replace
broken or damaged lamp posts but said contract shall
be so construed that said City shall replace broken
lamp posts at its expense.
This resolution shall be effective as of the
date of said contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of May, A. D. ,
1924.
