RESOLUTION NO. 641
DISTRICT SR-28 SEWER IMPROV. Ei3NT SR-28.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF i IAM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City
Charter.
SR-28. An eight inch (8") terra cotta Sanitary Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances : ,
In an Alleyway one hundred fifty feet (150' )
south of Lincoln Road and parallel thereto,
extending from Jefferson Avenue to Euclid Avenue,
All as said Road; Avenues and alleyway are shown
on plats recorded in Plat Book 9 at Page 69, and
Plat Book 6, at Page 33, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement, and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the in-
spection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimate, the printing and publica-
tion of notices and proceedings , the preparation of bonds and
any other expenses necessary and proper. This improvement
shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-28, and the property against which
assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be
designated as District SR-28.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 11th day of June, A. D. 1924.
