Resolution 643 A 04101 POO E r RESOLUTION NO. 643 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY l' OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: k, Section 1. That a Sanitary Sewer has been construct- 7 ed and is owned and operated by the City of Miami Beach, 8 Florida, in Meridian Avenue, from First Street to Sixth a. in the n r side of Lincoln Hoed Street and, from Coh ins Avenue toVJashington Avenue, said z P:' ` avenues, streets and road being named and designated in ` Ordinance No. 170, adopted by this City Council January 18th, 1922. Section 2. Ti 8 1T 7 7 TT Ti Ti TT TT 9 TT 58 TT IT 11 " " 10, " 58, TT 11 TT TT " 11, TT 58 , " " " if " 13, II 58, IT IT It n " 14, " 58 , " " Ti TT y; " 15, TT 58 , IT " 11 TT TT 16, T1 58, " TT Ti IT be , and they are, hereby ordered to connect their several premises with the sewer hereinbefore mentioned, construct- ed, owned and operated by said City in Meridian Avenue and lying between First Street and Seventh Street , as above designated; and that all owners of real estate abutting on the north side of Lincoln Road, between Collins Avenue and Washington Avenue , except the owner of Lot 6, Block 31 , AFisher' s First Subdivision, Alton Beach, are hereby ordered to connect their several premises with a Sanitary Sewer is constructed, owned and operated by said city, and that such '401* nine exita ry.C. ,»...., _ , .?key..'✓ m- ...._....... .. _ ." .. ..,. ,:,,a -Y 4", f,s✓ Em-.' 41R+ zr: n.<a C ,ii,1 .� ', ...f 1 ! 1 r connection be made within ten days after the first publication of such notice , and that upon default of compliance with this order the City Council will con- tract for or make such connection at such distances and in accordance with specifications now on file in the office of the City Engineer of said City, the whole cost of said several connections to be by the said City Council made a lien against the particular premises with which the connection is made, of the same extent and character as the liens in the Charter of the said City provided for special assessments, which charge shall be forthwith due and payable with the same penalties and with the same rights of collection and sale and forfeiture as obtain for City taxes. Section 3. City council, January 18th, 1922, be and they are hereby ordered to connect their several premises with a sewer constructed in Meridian Ave- nue and in said portion of said Lincoln Road, both of which are owned and to be operated by the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on or before June 25 , 1924 ; otherwise the City Council will contract for or make such connection and the whole cost of such connection will be made a lien against I the particular premises with which the connection is made, and of the same extent and character as the lien in the k City Charter provided for special assessments, which charge shall be forthwith due and payable , with the same penalties and- with the same rights of collection and sale and for- feiture as obtain for City taxes.
